Scotts pumpkin cake

 Scott is such a kind and quiet hero. He enjoys pumpkin pie, hunting, being a great dad to his  wonderful children, flying, and building. He is a great example of quiet Christlike service.

He is a no fluff no extras just get it done but get it done right kind of guy.  So I made two versions of  his  requested pumpkin cake.

This is 3 layers of my moist and dense pumpkin cake. Filled with Cream Cheese  and cinnamon filling.  It is frosted in a cinnamon cream cheese frosting.

  In the end  I went with  less is more and sent  this cake.
