My Becky turned 8 she wanted a s'mores cake
This cake has a colocate sponge, filled with chocolate ganashe and marshmallow cream filling.
Topped with toasted marshmallows , chocolate and M&M squares, Chocolate covered Marshmallows.
It is surrounded with Chocolate dipped graham crackers.
This mini cake is a fun cake to do. 4 layers of cake 3 layers of filling. Only 6 inches across and this is all that is left after my big family each had a nice slice.
