This mini Mint chocolate cake was made with a dark chocolate sponge- it was my birthday and I LOVE dark chocolate.
It was filled with a cream filling that had a light mint after taste.
Frosted in a sweet cream cheese frosting and decorated with York Peppermint Patty with pretty hand piped snow flakes.
